The Group Training solution offers complete user interaction and participation. Users will interact with the content from the courses (which is presented to then by a trainer from your organisation) by answering questions and mini quizzes using interactive handsets. This will give the trainer instant feedback through the course, which in turn will lead to discussions and user feedback. After a question is answered by the group, a statistical graph will show how the entire group answered.

Video clips are used within the group training courses to reinforce the messages given.

At the end of training, each user must complete a risk checklist and self test by answering the questions with their handsets. The risk checklist and self test questions are recorded against the individuals own training record.

Users will really enjoy the training sessions and it will help create a ‘Team Working’ atmosphere as well as competition around the users.
