Your account manager will be able to run through most of the functionality training for the administration function with you when presenting the software to you. For additional training, your Account Manager can come back on your company site or at an arrange venue to provide you and your other administrators if necessary with extra training.
For users to access the modules, training is not necessary as the software has been set up in a very user friendly way that logging in to the system is literally a few clicks away. It is advisable that when launching the software, if you are sending out internal emails or press releases, that you provide users with guidance on how to access the software.
